Historic Woodfords Station
CJ's Woodfords Station has reopened and will continue to be a small store with sodas, water, drinks, candy, chips, essential groceries, and camping and fishing supplies. The deli is open for sandwiches with Terry and Kris at the helm and also offers soups and other hot items.

CJ's Woodfords Station is located on Highway 88 at the turn-off to Markleeville on Old Pony Express Road.
- From Sacramento, take Highway 50 East and turn on Highway 89 to Markleeville just before South Lake Tahoe.
- From Lake Tahoe take Highway 89 South to Highway 88, turn east and go 6 miles to Old Pony Express Road.
- From Reno and Carson City, take US 395 South to Highway 88 in Minden and go west 14 miles to Old Pony Express Road.
